Transportation

A bus will run every morning and evening (Fri-Sun) between the hotel and Emory campus. The bus will make 3 trips in between each location – please plan for your entire cohort to be ready for the first bus departure, as each bus will be completely full.

The schedule is as follows:

Friday 4/4

Morning 7am
Evening 7:30pm

Saturday 4/5

Morning 6:45am* All busses depart

Evening 8pm

Sunday 4/6

Morning: 8am

*IMPORTANT NOTE: The onlyexceptionto the shuttle schedule is Saturday morning (4/5) – 3 total buses will arrive at the same time to the hotel to take the entire tournament over to Emory campusdeparting at 6:45am. We hope this allows for a little more sleep, as Saturday will be a long day!
