WS prepared motions

Here is the list of prepared motions we will be using:

Rounds 1 & 2 (teams debate both sides): This house opposes the use of non-compete agreements in the tech industry.
INFO: A non-compete agreement is a contractual agreement that restricts employees from engaging in similar business activities that compete with their employer for a set time after leaving their job.

Elim 1: This house would ban diplomatic immunity.
INFO: Diplomatic immunity is an international legal principle that grants certain foreign government officials (primarily diplomats) legal immunity from civil and criminal prosecution in the jurisdiction of another country.
