Congressional Debate: We will follow the Spring 2025 Region 04 Congressional Debate Scaffold in the following order:

  • Prelims: 10, 7, 8, 6, 9
  • Semis: 19, 20, 17, 18, 16
  • Finals: 15, 12, 14, 13, 11

Chambers will not be able to table items or end debate on an item unless there is at least 1 cycle of debate. If items have more than 3 speeches in a row on the same side then the debate must move to previous question automatically. Chambers may not amend the docket.

Lincoln Douglas Debate: Resolved: The United States ought to become party to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea and/or the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

Policy Debate: Resolved: The United States federal government should significantly strengthen its protection of domestic intellectual property rights in copyrights, patents, and/or trademarks.

Public Forum Debate: Resolved: The United States should accede to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
