For the Mockingbird District Tournament, the NSDA writes the topics. Katy Olienyk of Prattville High School will be in charge of the Extemp Prep, which will be in the Mazyck Commons, the same room we used at the Big GUMP Classic and the same room we have held Extemp Prep when it has been on the MA campus.
