KSCA Novice Packet

Our tournament will be using the novice packet which is made by the National Debate Coaches Association and endorsed by the Kansas Speech Communication Association. We will likely be adding some stock issues versions of the affirmatives and also perhaps offering some approved plan texts for the affirmative that meet community needs. Regardless of any changes that are made, the files that are currently located in this Google Drive folder are the minimum that will be allowed at the WRHS tournament.

If there are any changes that are made, they will be added in new files and clearly marked as KSCA in the title of the additional file. The purpose of this labeling is to clearly denote arguments that are approved by the Kansas association, but not officially part of the NDCA packet.
