Event Description:

This division is open to all levels of debaters, and will have a mix of experienced and inexperienced judges.

We will use the 8-3-5 format, and will debate the 2022-2023 Policy debate resolution.

We will advance the top 8 teams to quarterfinals. We will recognize any 4-1 teams not in the top 8. The first two rounds will be preset, with the remainder delay power-matched.
