What’s Check in Time?

Within the first 10 minutes of a pairing being released all competitors and judges should go to their Campus room. Three things should be accomplished. First, ensure all video and audio works. Second, do any necessary disclosure. Third, set up any necessary email chains. It is ok if this process takes less than 10 minutes. Folks should stay connected to the room with video off and mic’s muted and then turn video back on at start time.
