Novice Negative Packet

Here is a link to a google drive folder with the novice negative packet evidence that can be utilized at the Washburn Rural Tournament. It includes the NDCA novice packet evidence, and case negatives for the mandatory minimums, marijuana, and juvenile sentencing affs that were produced by myself and Brian Box (thanks for your help, Brian!) Thanks to everyone at NDCA for their hard work on the rest of the negative packet.

The affirmative files that are included in the folder are the aff files that were produced by the NDCA. However, affs are not limited to evidence only included in those files. Rather they are only contained by the topic area itself. I am still asking novice teams to NOT utilize subsets of the individual areas, when possible.
