The schedule is the same for both days, we ask that judges sign on 30 minutes before Round 1 each day, to attend the opening assembly, and so we can confirm they are "on site."

 

We would also like judges who are not assigned to a round (especially non-coach/league staff judges) to wait for 15 minutes in our virtual Judge Lounge.  This makes it easy for us to ask you to fill in if we have a judge that doesn't show up or needs to be changed for any reason.

 

We can accommodate judges who are only able to judge one of the two days, please make sure you have indicated this to tournament officials.

 

Saturday & Sunday - 8:30 AM EST to 6:30 PM EST, with a tentative schedule for days as follows for both days:

 

Opening assembly - 8:30 AM Eastern / 7:30 AM Central (students and coaches are asked to join sooner than this, but judges do not need to arrive until 30 minutes before debates)

Round 1 - 9:00 AM EST / 8:00 AM CST

Round 2 - 11:30 AM EST / 10:30 AM CST

Round 3 - 2:00 PM EST / 1:00 PM CST

Round 4 - 4:30 PM EST / 3:30 PM CST

 

Policy judges must have a tabroom account.  All ballots will be on tabroom.  Please click the "Start Round" button as soon as you have started.  Please submit your decision within 2 hours and 15 minutes of the posted start time for the round.
