DEBATERS MUST BE IN THE PREP ROOM 10 MINUTES BEFORE SCHEDULED START TIME. WE MAY START PREP EARLY! 

JUDGES SHOULD BE IN THEIR ROOMS AT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED START TIME! DECLARE A FORFEIT 30 MINUTES AFTER PREP TIME BEGINS. Submit your decision (who won) immediately after Flight A. and before starting Flight B. You can add comments later if you wish.

We do not expect to need an Elimination Round 2. If it is necessary it will be on Saturday night or Sunday morning, as schedule permits.
