A Resolution to Create a UN Task Force

WHEREAS, US aid is currently unreliable in regards to corruption in the agency and

RESOLVED by the Congress here assembled to implement a recommendation through the United Nations to all countries and non governmental organization is to create a task force comprised of UN ambassadors issued with the responsibility of managing damage caused by recent humanitarian crisis surfacing in Yemen, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Nigeria, and Venezuela

FURTHER MORE WHEREAS, non government organization are defined as a non-governmental organization (NGO) is any non-profit, voluntary citizens group which is organized on a local, national or international level

FURTHER MORE WHEREAS, NGOs include those that support human rights, advocate for improved health or encourage political participation.
