o   Event notes: I am trying to accommodate all classifications with the events I am offering, but this comes at the cost of amount of entries that I can offer. I will kill IDA if no teams that have it as a state event enter. I will combine Duo and Duet if they do not make on their own. I will do whatever I can to keep info 7 alive, so your help with that is appreciated.

o   I have a small building (50 rooms) and a small squad (12 people). I am limiting entries as follows:

§  MEL members and NSDA district members: You can have 4 entries per event. You will also be the first to get extras.

§  Tournaments that we have attended (Osage): You can have whatever we were allowed at your tournament.

§  All others: You can have 3 per event and I will consider extras.

o   I don’t care how many events your kids enter as long as they are 1: not in two draw events (IDA, Extemps) and 2: they don’t delay my tournament. Remember that we are in 2 buildings.

o   All final entries need to be to me by end of day Tuesday.

·                  Sweeps and Awards

o   Medaling: Top 6 in each event will get a medal. FINALS WILL BE CUT- THROAT

o   Sweeps: Sweeps will be coaches choice (top 20)

·                   Topics

o   I will send these out on Monday.

·                  Food
