Email Update 2

Hello Everyone,

I hope this email finds you well we are just over 5 weeks away from the start of the PKD 2019 Biennial Convention. Please see the following email for a few helpful reminders about Registration and the other exciting offerings for this year’s convention. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions!

Tabroom Accounts

During the registration process you should make sure that each of your students, coaches, and judges have a complete Tabroom account that includes an accurate email address and their current phone number/cell provider. Including all of this information is important for participants to receive text and email updates during the tournament and for judges to access electronic ballots.

Unlike last year, your rosters will not be input by the National Office into Tabroom so you will need to manually add new students and coaches to your rosters. A step by step guide on this process is available here: http://docs.tabroom.com/School_Administration#Competitor_Roster

Please also encourage participants to utilize the notes feature in Tabroom to record their ADA needs and dietary restrictions so that we can fully accommodate everyone in attendance.

Hotel Blocks

If you plan on booking your Hotel through one of the Blocks coordinated by PKD please be mindful that the deadlines are fast approaching (February 20 and February 27). Full details for the hotel blocks is available in the invitation.

Registration

Closes on February 18, 2019 at 11:59pm. One Week from Today!

You may make changes to your entries without penalty until March 4, 2019 at 8:00am. Any changes to your entry after this date will be subject to a penalty fee (amount increases as we draw closer to the tournament) as outlined in full in the invitation.

ALL ENTRIES will initially be marked as waitlisted, pending verification of your institution and the membership status of each participant.  You will be informed automatically as entries are admitted off the waitlist and confirmed entry.
