Argument restrictions

This is a tournament for beginning middle school students and we will be using an extremely limited evidence set. Teams may only read the NDCA novice packet open borders aff, the case neg to that aff, and the base disad (and aff answers) from the NDCA novice packet. The links to all arguments that may be read are included below.

For those of who who attended the first middle school policy tournament at Orange Coast College, teams can read everything they were allowed to read at that tournament, plus the morality advantage, the base disadvantage, and the counterplans from the case neg.
