Waitlist Policy

Greetings,

We hope your summer is going well. We would like to share some information with you about the 2017 tournament.

Registration will open on Tuesday, August 1 at 1:00 pm EDT on Tabroom.com. You'll need to have a Tabroom account in order to complete the online registration.

Registering for the tournament does *not* guarantee that all of your entries will be accepted, however. We will not begin clearing the waitlist until sometime next week (the week of August 7th); there's no need to email to discover registration status, as the registering coach will be notified when entries are admitted from the waitlist.

Please remember that you should *not* book flights, non-refundable hotels, and other similar expenses associated with attending the tournament until you have confirmed entries. You will know that an entry is confirmed when you receive notification that it has been admitted from the waitlist. Having pre-purchased hotel rooms or airline tickets does not increase the chances of being admitted from the waitlist.
