The following 24 bills and resolutions (12 each) will be used from the LHSSL Congress Legislation for the NOCFL Congress Qualifier. Please note that we are not using all of the bills and resolutions. Only the Bill and Resolution numbers posted below may be considered for the docket at competition. Also note that packets of bills and resolutions will not be provided for competitors at the competition. Please print the bills and resolutions to bring with you to competition.
