SCHEDULE (ALL TIMES IN EDT):

We will release pairings for rounds 1-6 in advance (we will blast them 30 minutes before the round as well).

SATURDAY, 4/6

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. We need everyone to be checked in by 8 a.m. EDT so that we can get the rounds started on time.

7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.: Registration in D-174

8:00 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.: Introductory announcements/tournament policies/WiFi info.

8:30 a.m.: R1 pairings blast;R1 affs must disclose which aff they are reading (please consider including the judges' email addresses in the disclosure email chains to expedite the start of rounds)

9:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.: ROUND 1 (including RFDs)

10:15 a.m.: R2 pairings blast; R2 affs must disclose which aff they are reading

10:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: ROUND 2 (including RFDs)

12:00 p.m.: R3 pairings blast; R3 affs must disclose which aff they are reading

12:30 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.: ROUND 3 (including RFDs)

1:45 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.: RR photo & break for lunch

2:45 p.m.: R4 pairings blast; R4 affs must disclose which aff they are reading

3:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.: ROUND 4 (including RFDs) 4:30 p.m.: R5 pairings blast; R5 affs must disclose which aff they are reading

5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.: ROUND 5 (including RFDs)

9:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.: ROUND 6 (including RFDs)

10:15 a.m.: Awards and announcement of quarters participants; flips & pairing blasts will occur during this time;affs must disclose which aff they are reading once sides are determined

11:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.: QUARTERS (including RFDs)

12:30 p.m.: Semis pairings blast & flips; affs must disclose which aff they are reading

1:15 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.: SEMIS (including RFDs)

2:45 p.m.: Finals pairing blast & flip; aff must disclose which aff they are reading

3:30 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.: FINALS (including RFDs)
