I know that there were a ton of issues with our payments last year not making it in a timely manner. I have remedied that for this year. Additionally, because of the ENORMOUS DISASTER that was our payment system last year please contact me privately if you are still having any issues. At this point, I think everyone has been cleared up and I am not 100% certain because I do not have access to those records. Once it leaves my hands, I only know if things are happening if the judges let me know. SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

I am embarrassed by what happened last year and promise to NOT let that ever happen again. Please give us another shot if you are free to judge that one day in January. We would love to have and I promise you some more excellent, home cooked Cajun food.
