Congress Finals
We will continue to use an open-ended approach to the Final Session of Congress. There will be no bills or resolutions. Debaters simply give speeches on what should be done, and/or they directly clash with previous speakers. 

Final session area for 2023: The Appropriate Role of the United States in International Conflicts and/or Human Rights Violations

Debaters should discuss in what ways and under what circumstances, if any, the US should provide military assistance, apply trade policies, or use any other tools in its foreign policy apparatus to address the situation.
