Recordings:

The online rooms hosted by Classrooms.Cloud will be recorded. If you would like a copy of the recording, a judge/coach must email Gabe (gl642@georgetown.edu) to get a copy of the Video Request Form. Please note the recordings are not immediately available and debaters are encouraged to record their own speeches. Classrooms recordings cannot be relied on to remedy tech issues/ethics challenges/etc.

The school making the request must abide by the tournament policies regarding recording: Debates may be recorded for private educational use by tournament participants (registered coaches, debaters, and tournament staff). In such instances, participants should request consent. Public distribution of such recordings is expressly prohibited unless prior written consent of all individuals on the recording and the tournament director is obtained. Private sharing for educational use is permitted but should not include publication or posting online.

Recordings must be requested by Wednesday, March 8thas the recordings will be deleted after that date.
