3:00-3:15pm - Judge & Coaches Meeting

3:30-6:30pm - Free Novice Debate Clinic. In place of rounds 1 and 2, Friday afternoon will include a free-of-charge novice clinic for students.

3:05pm - Pairings Released

3:30-5:30pm - Debate Round I (Preset) 

5:30-7:30pm - Debate Round II (Preset)

7:30-9:30pm -  Debate Round III (Lag High-Lo)

CONGRESS

3:30-5:30pm - Congress Session 1

7:40am - Debate Pairings Released

8:00-9:45am -  Debate Round IV (High-Lo)

10:45-12:30pm -  Debate Round V (High-Lo)

1:15-3:00pm - Debate Elim 1

3:30-5:00pm - Debate Elim 2

6:00-7:30pm - Debate Elim 3

7:45-8:45pm - Debate Elim 4 (if necessary)

SPEECH

9:30-10:45am - IE Round 1

12:15-1:30pm - IE Round 2

2:45-3:45pm - IE Semis & Finals

5:00-6:00pm - IE Finals as needed

*As possible, the Tournament Director will work to expedite the tournament, i.e., if no debate competitors are entered in IE finals, elimination rounds will be accelerated. Look for announcements as elimination rounds progress.

** When not in competition, students should make themselves at home in the University of Utah Student Union. There they will find pool tables, air hockey, televisions, couches, bowling, and more.
