Here are the limitations for the division

1) NDCA Packet is fine - http://www.debatecoaches.org/2021-2022-novice-packet

2) New Affirmatives (includes 1AC and extension evidence) outside the packet can be disclosed at https://hspolicy.debatecoaches.org/ no later than 11PM CST Tuesday Dec 7

3) New Negative research to be used against new affirmatives or packet disclosed by Monday Dec 13 by 11PM CST.

4) You can post on the policy wiki.  To be honest it will be easy if you just post a small packet of new aff and new neg stuff that is used outside the packet.  Given we don't have a ton of schools, I can try and grab each teams material and also post in a central location what as done by the deadlines.  So, having a new aff posted with one verbatim file that has your 1AC and extensions would be great. Same for the negative stuff.

5) All disclosure is open source evidence - full cards. 

Eligibility for Division: Any student in Middle School grades and also any high school student in the first year of any format of debate.
