PAYMENT INFORMATION

Please make your checks out to TARHEEL FORENSIC LEAGUE.  Checks should be received by Wednesday 3/24. 

Questions about payment should be addressed to TFL Treasurer Leneise Stackley (evelynstackley@ccs.k12.nc.us).

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. All fees will freeze Monday 3/15.  Whatever you owe at that time will be your final bill unless you drop a judge.  Dropped judges will incur additional fees but dropped students will result in only the loss of the original entry fee.

2.  Checks should be processed by your school or booster club ASAP after fees freeze.  If you don't anticipate changes, feel free to process your check ahead of that time.  Please email a picture of your check to evelynstackley@ccs.k12.nc.us .  We must have a picture of the check or the check itself before you may compete.  Please have that picture sent by Friday afternoon 3/19 at the end of the school day.

3. Please mail your check to the following address.  Do not mail it to any other address. Checks should arrive by Wednesday 3/24.

Any awards won at the TFL State Championship will be withheld until all fees, including fines for missing judges, are paid in full.
