Wednesday 12/9

·       3:00 P.M. – Tall Tales and Impromptu Topics Released on Tabroom

·       6:00 P.M. – Submissions are due (link needed) to coaches for Tabroom entry.

Thursday 12/10

·       3 p.m. – SPOI  and ExtempTopics Released on Tabroom

o   6 p.m. – Submissions are due (link needed) to coaches for Tabroom entry.

·       6 p.m. – Submissions are due for ALL speech events to coaches for Tabroom entry.

·       7 p.m. – Deadline for coaches inputting URL into Tabroom for each contestant in the Video URL section of the entry.

Friday 12/11

·       8 a.m. – Rounds will be paneled and available to judges.

·       9:30 a.m. – Ballot reminder blasted to all judges.

·       10 a.m. – Judges must have clicked start round for all rounds.

Saturday 12/12

·       9 a.m. – All preliminary ballots from judges due.

·       11 a.m. – Final ballots sent to judges.

·       2 p.m. – Final ballots due.
