The tournament is divided into two division U13 for students ages 11-13 and U16 for students ages 13+. To find out where you students should be entered calculate their birthday in accordance with the tournament month. If your student is 13 but turns 14 in the next 6 months they should be in the U16 division. If your student is 13 but turns 14 in the next 7+ months they should be in the U13 division.
As stated earlier, we will be participating in a separate format from interscholastic debate. This format was made specifically for club based students and will be the exclusive format at all Capitol Debate Club League Tournaments. To learn more about the Club format click the link HERE. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us.
We look forward to seeing you!
