General Reminders:

1. The squad dues must be paid by Tuesday, November 1, 2016. Failure to pay the dues on time may jeopardize your squad's eligibility to participate in the Orange County Debate League
2. Registration MUST be submitted on time by the Tuseday before the tournament at 5PM. Registration for this tournament is due on November 29, 2016 at 5PM PST.
3. We have been made aware of a glitch in Tabroom that occasionally displays the due date as a day later than it is set by the tabulations team, but we will follow the date I have mentioned of November 29.
4. Registration that is not complete (complete registration defined below) by the deadline will result in all your school's teams being waitlisted.
5. Registration that doesn't include enough certified judges, student grade levels, or the attending adult's contact information will not be marked as complete.
6. Students must arrive on site by 7:45AM. Coaches will need to submit their roster by 8AM at the latest. At that time, any students who are not physically on site jeopardize their ability to debate at the tournament.
7. Rule clarification: Students may NOT use a flowchart with writing on the back. Doing so will result in automatically forfeiting the round.
8. The OCDL will assess a $25 fine per judge missing per round. If a school is short one certified judge for the whole day, a $100 fine will need to be paid by the next tournament to participate.
9. Judges that are not judging a round must remain in the main hall until all of the ballots have been picked up.
