We are looking to do online balloting at state this year. This means you need to have your judges have an account in tabroom, and be linked to it. I will double check these. They also need to have an electronic device they can use during rounds. They can take notes during round there, and put in their decisions there as well. It makes things run very smoothly if we do this, and takes out a lot of the stress and back log in tabroom.

Missing Judge Fine: $100/judge missing

Judge Missed Round Fine: $25

We will put out results after each round in the Tab Room for coaches to come and review. If you find an error or mistake at any point, please come to me and we will see if there is anything to be done. Please!!!!!! REVIEW THE HANDBOOK and RULES! This will help immensely in the long run.

As always, we want to have an enjoyable experience and remember to build relationships and success in the efforts and experiences of ourselves and our students. Talk with your students about good sportsmanship conduct, respect in and out of rounds, don't talk badly about the other competitors out in the commons areas as they never know who may be friends with, or walking by, etc. While a competition, we also need to remember that people come first in all things, despite politics, values, etc.

We hope you will have a great experience and we look forward to having you here with us!
