This tournament is only open to schools who are members of the East Kansas district of the NSDA.

Each East Kansas school will be allowed 4 novice entries to begin with. We will accept additional entries as space allows once we are firm on our qualifier room needs. We will not exceed 6 novice entries per school.

Novice means first year out, no exceptions.

We will debate the 2023-24 topic, teams are NOT bound by any evidence packet.

Each school should provide 1 judge for every 2 teams entered. Student Judges should meet the NSDA (150 policy pts) or KSHSAA (3rd year +) standard.
