Hello and welcome to the 2024 Birch Run Invitational!

We will be following MIFA guidelines for all events.

SCHOOL REGISTRATION FEE is $20.00. Individual entries are $10. Duo, Duo 9/10, Duo Commentary, and Multiple are $15.

Tournament will be on 2/10. Entries will be due on 2/7 at 9pm. $15 drop and add fee after this date/time.

Rounds are at 9am, 10:30am, 12pm, 1:30 pm, & 3 pm

The impromptu theme for this year is: Michigan

The Duo Commentary main topic is: Politics.

We are offering declamation for Middle School contestants.

In case of poor weather conditions or illness, registration fees are still due, as commitments for awards and such have been made.

Make checks payable to Birch Run High School.

No double entries are allowed at this tournament.

Judges are required to be there all day.

Critiques and scores will be done on TABROOM with a paper ballot as a back up.

Registration: 7:15 a.m.-8:00 a.m. (enter by gymnasium at Birch Run HS)

Judge Meeting: 8:20 a.m. (choir room)

Prep begins at 8:30 a.m. (Media Center for Broadcasting & Extemp. Duo Commentary in room H102)

Prep Arrival: 8:15 a.m.

Contestant Meeting: 8:35 a.m. (HS Cafetorium)

Tabroom: HS Admin Conference Room across from the HS gym
