COVID PROTOCOL PLEASE READ:

The USD 260 administration and local elected officials have given the directive that masks will NOT be required for this tournament. PLEASE know that masks are strongly encouraged, but there will be many individuals who will not be wearing masks around both coaches and students. We understand this may be uncomfortable for some schools, but this has been the policy for all activities at Derby High School. I completely respect the choice of your school in determining whether or not you would like to attend. Please understand this is a decision that is made way above the level of the Derby Debate/Forensics students and staff. We do apologize for any inconvenience!

The Derby Panther Invitational will include 3 divisions:

Novice - NO CASELIST LIMITS - 1st year debaters only

Open - Any year debaters

DCI/Varsity - Contemporary style debate. Must bring an experienced judge for each 2 teams entered.
