Bellaire Forensic Tournament

2021 — Online Hopin, TX/US

Welcome to the 66th Annual Bellaire Forensic Tournament

Bellaire High School is proud to host the 66th Annual Bellaire Forensic Tournament October 1-3, 2021.  Our tournament is a TOC qualifier in Public Forum quarterfinals, Congress top 6, as well as TOC sanctioned individual events.  The Bellaire Forensic Tournament is also proud to be one of the first qualifying tournaments offered by the Texas Forensic Association.

This year we will divide Congressional Debate into TFA (Champ & Novice using the TFA Fall Docket) and TOC which will use legislation supplied by schools with entries in our TOC Congressional division.  Legislation for the TOC Congressional division must be submitted on Tabroom.com using the templates provided no later than August 27, 2021.  Legislation not submitted on the provided templates may be rejected from consideration.

This year's tournament will be hosted online using the Hopin video platform.  All other individual events will be conducted asynchronously.  To submit recorded performances be sure to adhere to the TFA recording guidelines.  Be sure to set your permissions for the recording to allow anyone with the link to view your video.  Failure to do so will result in judges not being able to view your performance.  This is the responsibility of each student.  All links to recorded performances need to be submitted to Tabroom.com no later than September 24, 2021.  Any entry without a video will be dropped after the deadline with entry forfeited.  We plan to judge asynchronous events between September 25-30.

Judges who are not fulfilling a school obligation and are interested in being hired please click the link to the right called Contract Judge Sign Up.

Please write to BellaireDebate@sbcglobal.net with any questions you have.  We look forward to hosting you in October.
