For starters:

*Only open to schools from Kansas

*3 rounds, all live in a virtual platform (WebEx or Zoom) - 2 prelims + finals on Wednesday 4/14 starting at 3:45PM.

*1 Judge per 6 speech entries; 1 judge per 2 Debate entries. I will decrease this commitment if I can, no promises.

*Free State students will be competing.

*This is intended to be an NSDA warm up type tournament, as such, students who are state qualified are welcome to attend
