Welcome to the 4th after school novice tournament hosted by South Dakota Debate coaches. This tournament is designed to provide an educational opportunity for students who have taken a debate class and now are applying that learning. 

This tournament is about education- not trophies. Please leave the speed reading, yelling, and card calling at home. Teams are not to request cards or cases. Save all that for the weekend. For some students- this will be their only debate and we want to create a positive experience that maybe they will come out or at least tell their friends to take the class next year. 

Please make sure you cover your judges. 

We will be using Zoom as the video platform and Tabroom for postings and results. 

No trophies or certificates will be sent out- but feel free to honor your kids as you best see fit.
