Farmington Invitational

2020 — Online, MN/US

1st Annual Farmington Invitational

 November 6-7, 2020

Farmington High School is excited to formally invite you to join us for the 1st Annual Farmington Invitational Debate Tournament!  We will offer all divisions of policy debate as defined by the Minnesota Debate Teachers Association. This tournament will be online.

EntriesRookie, Closed Novice, Open Novice, Junior Varsity and Varsity divisions will be available in policy debate.

Format: To help encourage as much participation as possible in our COVID-19 world, competition in Rookie, and Novice divisions will be tabulated as two independent tournament experiences. Junior Varsity and Varsity will be tabulated as a single tournament spanning two days. Semifinals will run concurrently with Round 5 and a Final Round will be held.

A VERY important reminder that it is ESSENTIAL that your students and judges have Tabroom accounts active and linked. They will not be able to compete or judge without one.

Students will need to download Jitsi on their devices. Please ensure they do this before the morning of the tournament so we can get started on time.
