Event Description:
STUDENT CONGRESSThis year will be incorporating Congressional Debate into the state championship. Schools are permitted to enter any number of students into Congressional Debate without any qualification burden; however, schools will receive a maximum of four entry points to their base sweepstakes total. Schools who would like to submit legislation should send them to David Yastremski (dyastremski@gmail.com) by Friday, February 26th, 2010.Congressional Debate will follow CURRENT NFL rules.
