Event Description:
In extemporaneous, students choose ONE of the four questions below (to be released) and give the speech over that question. The questions:
Time limit: There is no minimum- Maximum time limit is 7 minutes with a 30 second grace period. Anyone that goes over time can not receive a 1st place in the round or a 30 point speaker rating.
