Event Description:

LD Debate will debate the January/February 2010 Topic:LD Debate entries may cross-enter one NFL Speech event or VaFL Supplemental Speech event. We will suspend debate rounds for Congress sessions throughout the tournament and, since Congress is under a separate entry, we strongly encourage debaters to cross-enter the Congress tournament.
