Event Description:

Prose Reading: an excerpt from a novel or short story delivered by a single student from manuscript using no props or costumes. Students should strive to bring the literature to life, setting its scene in the minds of the audience and involving them, vicariously, in the work. Students should provide brief introductory remarks that set the scene and identify the title and author of the work. Maximum time 7 minutes.
