Event Description:
This division of debate will be hosted on Sunday only at Notre Dame High School. There will be a short training session in the morning, 4 rounds of debate and then one elimination round on Sunday. The division will follow the NSDA rules for WSD (https://www.speechanddebate.org/introduction-to-world-schools-debate/).
All competitors in this event are encouraged to also participate in the Reagan Great Communicator Debate Western Qualifier on Saturday at Notre Dame High School. This competition is a unique scholarship opportunity for debaters who are in the Western Region. The judges for WSD may also judge the Reagan Great Communicator Debates. There will be a short training session for this competition on Saturday morning. The schedule will be in line with the policy debate schedule on Saturday.
