Event Description:
Open to students currently enrolled in grades 7, 8, 9, or 10.
Students will select and memorize a speech previously given by another person. Since this is the first time competing for many students, competitors are permitted to use a script, but judges may factor this into their ranks.
Judging will be based on NCFL rules.
