The JL Mann Congress topics from the November 2023 NSDA Legislation.
Speaker awards will be determined by judges’ preference.
3 minutes speeches with CX from balance of time.
CX (2 minute) for first AFF and first NEG speeches.
NSDA rules will be followed.
