Event Description:
This division should be for those doing Congressional Debate for the first or second-year students only, anyone else should be in Varsity Congressional Debate.
RULES FOR JV CONGRESSIONAL DEBATE AT PUMPKINSTAKES:
-The docket is a set docket so no motions are allowed to rearrange the docket.
-The PO will be elected by the chamber
-No authorship speeches will be allowed.
-Max speech times are set (3 minutes) but the questioning period may be changed to 2 minutes max.
-We will be using Direct Questioning with 30-second questioning blocks for follow-ups to be allowed.
-All other NSDA rules apply.
