Event Description:

We will follow the IDC and NSDA rules set forth for Congressional Debate and use the D3 Spring Legislation packet.

SCHOOLS OUTSIDE D3 WILL BE ALLOWED TO SUBMIT UP TO TWO PIECES OF LEGISLATION FOR THE PACKET OF LEGISLATION FOR THIS TOURNAMENT. ENTRY DEADLINE IS TUESDAY, JANUARY 7 AT 5:00 PM. THE REVISED PACKET WILL BE SENT OUT ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 8, TO ALL TEAMS WITH ENTRIES IN CONGRESSIONAL DEBATE! IF A D3 SCHOOL IS NOT IN THIS TOURNAMENT, THEIR LEGISLATION WILL NOT BE IN THE PACKET AND WILL BE REPLACED WITH THE NEW LEGISLATION FROM OUTSIDE D3.

The docket will be set in chamber. Each chamber will vote for a top PO.
