Debate Topics & the use of laptops:

CX debaters will use the NSDA 2019-2020 topic. Rebuttals will be 5 minutes.  

Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially reduce Direct Commercial Sales and/or Foreign Military Sales of arms from the United States.

LD debaters will use the NSDA Nov/Dec topic

Resolved: The United States ought to eliminate subsidies for fossil fuels.

PF debaters will use the NSDA November topic.

Resolved: The benefits of the United States federal government’s use of offensive cyber operations outweigh the harms.

All debates & extemp: The use of laptops & WiFi will be allowed. It is your issue if the WiFi goes down or you cannot figure out how to tap into the public WiFi.

Additionally: your battery, your problem.  “Flashing” will count as part of prep time.
