Note: if you wish for your pronouns to appear the debaters you judge on text/email blasts, log into Tabroom, click Profile at top, and add them in the Pronouns field. At it's essence debate is civil, logical, supported dialogue. This extends to support real-world skills in respect, eloquence and illustration, analysis, and recognition of the human experience. Disrespect and abuse of privilege is damaging to, not just the integrity of the round, but our society and thus does not support the essence. Spreading (super fast talking) is impractical and thus does not support the essence.
