Dear Colleague:

We are excited to extend to you and your students an invitation to the Har-Ber High School Speaker Series to be held February 15th-16th.  We will offer the following events:  Novice/Varsity IPDA, Novice /Varsity Lincoln-Douglas debate, Novice/Varsity public forum, International/Domestic Extemp, Impromptu Speaking, DI, HI, Duo, POI, Info, and Oratory. 

There will be six preliminary rounds of debate and four preliminary rounds of  individual events.  All students will debate preliminary rounds and then proceed to break rounds depending on their records and the number of entries within each division we will break to semis in debate and finals in individual events.  All debate events will use the appropriate National Varsity topics for the month of February.

There are many hotels in the Springdale area. 

Our team and parent booster clubs are working diligently to provide a quality tournament.  Our coaches'/judges' hospitality room and concession stand will try to include vegan options.  We will be offering a pizza buffet that will be all you can eat for the cost of $5 and selling a host of other options.  Looking forward to seeing you there.

This year you will also see a $5 dollar fee for each individual student.  That will serve as their ticket to an all you can eat pizza buffet during the tournament.
