TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

This is a tentative tournament schedule. 

Extemporaneous Speaking

IX, USX, NX-Events will be held live-synchronously, Saturday, Sept. 19. Students may only enter one extemporaneous speaking event; however, they may cross-enter in other I.E.’s or PF, LD, Congressional Debate, or World Schools Debate.

USX, IX, NX

I.E.’s

DI, OO, PO, HI, PR, INF, POI (Contestants may cross-enter in these events). Students will submit video/audio recordings by adding their video links to Tabroom by Wednesday, Sept 16 at 11:59 PM. The video recordings will be judged for the preliminary round and semifinals.

All final rounds will be held, Saturday, Sept. 19, and the final rounds for these events will be held live-synchronously.

DUO/DUET will follow the same rules, as above ****except****the final round will be held the same as prelims and semifinals, with the judges ranking the recorded performances of the finalists.

OO, HI, PO, DUET, POI, DI, INF, PR, DUO

Debate Events

Varsity Policy, Novice Policy, VLD, NLD, PFD, Congressional Debate and World Schools Debate.

Contestants may only enter in one debate event.

LD, PF and Congressional Debate competitors may cross-enter in extemporaneous speaking, only.

Policy Debaters may not cross-enter in events.
