Judge Requirements

1 Judge = 10 Speech Entries

1 Judge = 10 Congress Entries 

1 Judge = 4 Debate Entries 

Hired Judge/Missing Judge- $60 

For Debate- If you only have a judge available Friday and Saturday and not Sunday, you still owe $20 for the day a judge isn't provided - Bringing another judge for that Sunday will eliminate that fine. It's critical you provide enough judges to cover the number of days judges are needed

For Speech- Due to the nature of having asynchronous prelims and live elims, judges will need to be avaliable to judge prelims and the Friday to Sunday of elims. If you have a judge only available to judge elims, you'll still owe $15 for the asynchronous rounds. If you have a judge only able to judge asynchronous rounds plus Friday, you'll still owe $30. Bringing other judges that cover that time slot eliminates the fine. It's critical you provide enough judges to cover the number of days judges are needed

Missing Judge Fee Per Round - $25 Per Ballot  (If you are called from the Judge Pool Room and aren’t there, you’ll also receive this fine. This will also apply to rounds that aren’t judged in the timeframe for asynchronous rounds)
