SPAR

There are 4-6 competitors in every round. The competitors who are speaking first and second will compete and third and fourth will compete and so on until all competitors have gone. Your job is then to evaluate which were the best competitors out of the 6 and rank them as such (THERE IS NO CORRELATION B/W WHO COMPETED AGAINST WHO AND RANKING. You must evaluate holistically).

2 minutes to prepare at the beginning

2 min affirmative

2 min negative

4 min cross x 

2 min aff rebuttal

2 min neg rebuttal
