Carolina West District Qualifier

for the 2020 National Tournament

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

Please note that this schedule is tentative and may be revised as needed.  All students and judges should be ready to be called for a round at any time.

VERY IMPORTANT:  All students, coaches and judges are expected for the opening assembly in the cafeteria at 3:00 regardless of what time your event is listed. Tournament participants should remain on campus in case the schedule is altered in any way.  You are responsible for showing up for all rounds regardless of whether the start time matches this schedule.  This schedule is listed for tentative planning purposes only.

FRIDAY, MARCH 6

2:45 PM - Buses may arrive on campus (not before).  All participants proceed directly to the cafeteria.  A registration table will be set up just outside the auditorium.  All coaches must see Megan Butt to turn in paperwork, your $200 judge bond and your registration fees before your teams will be allowed to compete

3:00 PM or ASAP -  Opening assembly in the Cafeteria

4:00 PM -  DI 1, HI 1, Info 1, IX 1

4:15 PM -  LD 1, PF 1

5:30 PM -  Duo 1, OO 1, POI 1, USX 1

5:45 PM -  LD 2, PF 2

7:00 PM -  DI 2, HI 2, Info 2, IX 2

7:45 PM -  LD 3

SATURDAY, MARCH 7

8:15 AM  -  All students and judges should be on campus regardless of their events

8:30 AM -  PF 3

9:30 AM -  DUO 2, OO 2, POI 2, USX 2

10:00 AM -  LD 4

11:30 AM -   USX 3, DI 3, OO 3, HI Finals

1:30 PM -  LD 5, PF 5

1:30 PM -   USX Semis, DI Semis, OO Semis, Info Finals

3:00 PM -  LD 6, PF 6

3:00 PM -  IX Finals, POI Finals, Duo Finals

4:30 PM -  LD 7, PF 7

5:00 PM -  USX Finals, DI Finals, OO Finals
